Todd Arliss was an Olympic Swimmer who was bio-engineered by Dr. Dorcus using genes from a Tiger Shark and Namor, Prince of Atlantis. Tiger Shark is weakened when out of water for an unknown amount of time but his suit has a built in water circulation system. He is a fierce foe on land but deadly underwater.       Recently, Tiger Shark has mutated further, taking on a more sharkish aspect and an even more blood-thirsty nature. Tiger Shark has super human strength but also possesses shark-like teeth capable of rending steel. He is perfectly adapted for the icy deapths of the ocean. He has recently joined the Masters of Evil VII.
