Captain Atlas is a renowned Kree warrior who has been mutagenically enhanced by the Psyche-Magnetron to give him greater strength and durability and the power of flight.       Captain Atlas has, in the past, possessed Captain Marvel's Nega-Bands. When not in the possession of the bands, he is equipped with powerful Kree weaponry.       Members of the Kree star Force are outfitted with Anti-Gravity devices that allow them to fly and to travel at relativistic speeds in space. The Kree Star Force were placed under Deathbird's command when the Kree Empire became a Shi'ar Protectorate. The Star Force have since rebelled and are acting independently.
