WEAPONS MASTER : The Star Guard report the possibility that a highly unstable
isotope of Erbiub may have fallen into the hands of The Weapons Master. A group
of super-villains including Hardshell, Quicksand, Electro and Constrictor
ambushed an armored transport. While the Star Guard captured two of the villains,
Quicksand escaped and Hardshell made away with the isotope using what is thought
to be a teleportation device. This device was traced back to The Weapons Master.
The Weapons Master is an enigmatic individual who specializes in supplying tech
based super-villains with upgrades to their equipment and research into power
augmenting techniques.
This Isotope, a cylindrical rod 8 inches in length and 1 inch in diameter is able
to amplify electrical current passed through it a hundred fold but with the
result of intense radiation. All agencies should be on the look-out for this
isotope and report any leads to the NSA immediately.
TIGER SHARK : The super-villain known as Tiger Shark has
undergone a recent change in appearance. This is possibly due to further mutation
of the Tiger Shark genome that was bio-engineered into his physiology. It has
been confirmed that his weakness when out of water has been reduced and that
his strength and relsiance has increased.
CYCLONE : A villain has gained possession of an upgraded Cyclone
Battle-Suit. It has been substantiated that his powers are slightly
more powerful.

MASTERS OF EVIL VII : The Masters of Evil has undergone another roster
change, greatly increasing their numbers. Noted attendees of a membership call
by a mysterious figure known as The Crimson Cowl were;
Amazon Aqueduct, Bison, Blackwing, Cardinal, Constrictor, Cyclone, Dragon Fly,
Eel, Flying Tiger, Ice Master, Joystick, Klaw, Lodestone, Man Ape, Quicksand,
Scorcher, Shatterfist, Shockwave, Slyde, Sunstroke, Super-Charger and Tiger Shark.
